The Zoning Board of Appeals holds monthly regular meetings throughout the year. The following is the approved 2023 Executive Session and Public Hearing Dates for the Zoning Board of Appeals.
All meetings are open to the public and are generally held the first Thursday of every month both virtually and in-person in the First Floor Conference Room in The Honorable John J. Sullivan Independence Hall, 725 Old Post Road. Executive Session begins at 2:45 pm followed by the Public Hearing at 3:00 pm. Summer Executive Session begins at 1:45 pm followed by the Public Hearing at 2:00 pm.
Consult meeting agendas to confirm time and location as meetings may be moved to accommodate larger crowds or for other space-related reasons. It is also recommended that if you are coming to the in-person meeting for a specific application, you call before coming as things can be continued up to the minute.
Special Meetings may be called at any time and meetings may be cancelled and/or rescheduled. Please check the Town Meetings Calendar for last minute additions or cancellations.
