In 2021, the Town engaged a consultant to develop Fairfield’s first independent analysis of all town roads and sidewalks.  Each road was scientifically assessed and then ranked based on condition and amount of use. This analysis is the foundation for the Town's 5-year road paving and sidewalk improvement plan.
