The Fairfield Housing Authority administers the HUD Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Section 8 Program. The Fairfield Housing Authority is devoted in ensuring that the tenants on the HCV Program are provided with Decent, Safe and Sanitary housing under Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and HUD regulations and guidelines.
