First Selectman Mike Tetreau announced today that the next Informational Presentation on Fairfield's 2015 Revaluation is taking place Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 7 pm in the Auditorium at Fairfield Ludlowe High School, 785 Unquowa Road.
The Town of Fairfield, in conjunction with the current Town-wide property revaluation for the Grand List of October 1, 2015, is continuing to hold informational presentations at various locations throughout Town.
The agendas for the meetings being held June through October, will focus on the market analysis and valuation phases of the revaluation and a general discussion of value trends observed since the 2010 revaluation.
Individual property values will not be discussed at these meetings. New property values will be announced during November 2015. Any property owner wishing to discuss their current values may contact the Assessor’s Office for an appointment at 203-256-3110.
