10/22/2021 - Flu Vaccination Clinic - October 29th

The Health Department will be hosting an additional seasonal flu and pneumonia vaccination clinic for adults and children ages 5 and older. 

Dates: Friday, October 29th from 10am - 5pm  

Location: Bigelow Center for Senior Activities (in the Gym) at 100 Mona Terrace, Fairfield

We Accept: Medicare Part B, Connecticare, Aetna, CIGNA, Anthem, United HealthCare, and Oxford with NO COPAY COST

This is a cashless clinic. Insurances listed on the consent, and above, will cover the cost of the vaccine. If you do not have insurance, payment is by credit card only. Out of pocket cost is: Flu $30/High Dose $65/Pneumonia $65

Flu vaccine is only available in injectable form ONLY. 

The Health Department is asking that you fill out the consent prior to arrival and bring it completed.  

Be sure to bring your insurance card and wear clothes that make it easy to expose your upper arm.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all individuals are required to wear a face covering regardless of vaccination status.

In addition, the Griffin Health Mobile COVID-19 Vaccination Van will also be attending our clinic (10am – 5pm). Individuals can receive their first and second dose of Pfizer (12 years +), Moderna (18 years +) or Johnson and Johnson (18 years +). They will also be giving out booster shots to those who are eligible.
