Fairfield CARES Community Coalition Meeting Time Survey: 

In an effort to ensure that our coalition is as accessible to the community as possible, we are conducting a quick Google Survey concerning our coalition's meeting time. The day - 3rd Wednesday of the month - will remain unchanged, however, we may adjust the meeting time if there is a clear preference by the majority.  Please indicate all the times you could attend either in person or virtually, then state your first preference.
