Fairfield CARES Community Vaping Survey

The Fairfield CARES Community Coalition wants to understand more about community knowledge and perceptions of vaping among Fairfield families with children in grades 6-12.

We are asking Fairfield residents to complete a two-minute survey that is completely anonymous and does NOT ask for any information which could identify an individual.
