May is Mental Health Awareness Month 2020: Tools To Thrive

In case you missed our webinar with parenting and self care advice shared by Katy Rosenfeld from Fairfield Counseling Services and Halley Ceglia Terrell from Fairfield Public Schools and Private Practice, re-watch it here on demand. You will be glad you made the time. We are grateful to Katy and Halley for sharing their tips and wisdom with us.

We are grateful for this collaboration with Fairfield Public Schools and Dr. Lebowitz and thank all who made the time to participate.

We have partnered with the Fairfield Public Library to bring residents of Fairfield an extensive reference of e-books available on OverDrive/Libby and Hoopla as a resource for self care and to nurture mental health. It includes instructions on how to obtain a Fairfield Public Library card number for those who do not already have one.
