WE, the undersigned residents of the Town of Fairfield, do hereby petition the Fairifeld Planning & Zoning Commission to amend its regulations to permit the expansion of outdoor dining area from 150 to 575 square feet without requiring additional parking, eliminate provisions that require three-quarters of customer seating to be within an enclosed building, and allow greater flexibility for restaurants to use outdoor dining areas as weather and patron demand permit.
