The Board of Assessment Appeals will hold formal appeal hearings in March 2021 at which time taxpayers who believe that the valuation of their property is not accurate can petition the Board to have their assessment modified. Petition forms must be physically in the Assessor's Office by Friday, February 19, 2021 at 4:30 pm to be granted a hearing. Postmarks are not considered.
The Board respectfully requests that taxpayers who had an informal hearing wait to file a petition until decision notices from that hearing have been received as valuations may have changed.
