At Risk Population Resources
The Town of Fairfield provides assistance to the at risk population and the organizations that serve them. In May 2019, the Fairfield Health Department held a vulnerable population meeting and table top exercise. As a result of the meeting, the Department has put together resources to help organizations meet the needs of their vulnerable clients before, during and after emergencies. The Department of Health maintains office hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at Sullivan Independence Hall, 725 Old Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824.
