Function
The mission of the Affordable Housing Committee (AHC) is to promote a full range of housing choices for households of all incomes and ages in the Town of Fairfield.
Meetings
The Affordable Housing Committee generally meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm both virtually and in-person in the 2nd floor conference room of Old Town Hall, 611 Old Post Road.

Latest News
The Affordable Housing Committee adopted an update to the Town's Affordable Housing Plan at its meeting of May 18, 2022, following a public hearing on May 11th. The Plan was subsequently accepted and endorsed by the Board of Selectmen at its meeting of May 23, 2022. To view a copy of the Town's 2022-27 Affordable Housing Plan, go here.
