Individuals who knowingly permit minors to possess or consume cannabis may be fined, imprisoned or both. Anyone under 21 is prohibited from possessing cannabis on public OR private property.
Minors may be fined for violating the law.

Educational Webinar

Fairfield CARES presented an educational community Webinar on Cannabis/Marijuana. Participants learned about current cannabis trends and paraphernalia, potential detrimental impact on youth, signs of youth use and what parents can do. Local experts in the counseling and therapy field participated and responded to questions relevant to our community.
