Reservations for the Pavilions at Penfield Beach are done on a first-come, first-served basis up to two years in advance.  A 50% Non-Refundable deposit is due upon booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to your event. Proof of residency is required to receive resident fees.

If you decide to reserve a date, we take applications in person (75 Mill Plain Road), by fax (203-256-3145) or by email ( during regular office business hours. Once an application is received and processed, we will return a contract for your review and files. No reservations are considered confirmed until a deposit payment is taken and permit is returned.
