Demolition Permit Requirements

Please provide the following information for all Demolition Permits:  

  • All utility shut-off letters.

  • Copies of Demolition Contractors License and Insurance Certificate (Town of Fairfield to be listed as Certificate Holder).

  • Letter of Destination for debris.

  • Copies of receipts for Certified Mail sent to adjoining property owners notifying them of demolition. 

ALL PERMITS & COs ARE ISSUED BETWEEN 8:30 & 10:30 AM MONDAY-FRIDAY.
