7/31/2017 - CDBG Annual Action Plan for Program Year 43
The Office of Community & Economic Development is accepting comments on its Draft Annual Action Plan for Program Year 43. The Town of Fairfield expects to receive $460,120 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the upcoming program year. The total funding available for PY 43 is projected to be $480,000, which includes $19,880 in estimated program income. The Town proposes to allocate the maximum fifteen percent (15%) of its entitlement to the public service category activities. The administrative costs are capped at twenty percent (20%) of the allocation.

Written comments on the draft Action Plan will be accepted by the Office of Community and Economic Development through close of business on August 15, 2017. All comments received during the aforementioned public comment period will be considered.
